Introduction

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “General Conditions”) govern the sale of products marketed by www.pasticcesiadistefano.com. All contracts for the purchase of products concluded through the site www.pasticcesiadistefano.com will be governed by these General Conditions.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general conditions have as their subject the purchase of products, carried out remotely by means of a telematic network through the site www.pasticceriadistefano.com owned by Pasticceria Di Stefano, with registered office in Via Murano 23, 92015 Raffadali (AG) – Tel. 0922 473256. Purchases will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22.05.1999, while the protection of confidentiality will be subject to the disciplinary of Legislative Decree 196/03.

The sales methods currently provided for when purchasing products from the online catalogue:

– the prices indicated are always inclusive of VAT

– shipments are made in Italy and abroad

ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF SALE

– The conditions set out in the introduction are an integral and essential part of this contract.

– All contracts will be concluded directly through access by the consumer customer to the website corresponding to the address www.pasticceriadistefano.com, where the customer can, in fact, conclude the contract for the purchase of the desired product by carefully following the indications and procedures provided.

– These general conditions of sale must be examined “online” by the customer, before completing the purchase procedure. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore implies total knowledge of the same and their full acceptance.

SALES PRICES AND PURCHASE METHODS

– All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the site www.pasticceriadistefano.com are inclusive of VAT and any other tax.

– The total cost of shipping to the customer’s home is charged to the customer. This cost will in any case be made known to the customer before confirming the purchase.

-The purchase contract is finalized through the exact compilation and consent to the purchase expressed through the acceptance given “online”.

APPROXIMATE TIMES AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

 – Delivery times may vary except for some particular areas that require more time by the courier to reach.

– Specifically, the expected times for Italy are from 4 to 5 working days, for Europe from 4 to 5 working days, for the United States and Canada from 3 to 5 working days, and for the rest of the world from 3 to 7 working days.

– Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or mismatch of the same, must immediately be contested, by affixing

ACCEPTANCE WITH RESERVATION AND REASON FOR THE RESERVATION (on the courier’s proof of delivery)

This allows you to protect yourself if you find any type of anomaly after opening the package. Only in the latter case will it be necessary to report the incident by fax to the local office of the courier, and for reference to the Di Stefano pastry shop by email. In particularly serious cases, Di Stefano may request the complete return of the product received in order to be able to claim from the shipper. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Pasticceria Di Stefano assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or shutdowns, earthquakes, floods, and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, to execute the contract within the time agreed.

BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

It is strictly forbidden for the buyer to enter false data, and / or invented, and / or fictitious, in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and related further communications. The Customer releases Pasticceria Di Stefano from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by the Customer, being the Customer themselves solely responsible for the correct insertion.
